Delivery Policy
A. Shopping Guidelines
Please read the following information before placing an order:
1. Once an order is paid for, the purchase content cannot be changed and/ or the order cancelled. Please confirm the purchase content before placing an order.
2. Due to differences in color calibration on each computer and mobile device, as well as differences in lighting and individual perceptions of color, the provided data and images are for reference only. The actual product should be considered as final. Any color discrepancies that do not meet the customer's expectations will not be considered as quality issues or defects.
3. All products are measured by hand, and there may be slight discrepancies in size.
4. Our physical stores only provide pick-up services. For any inquiries about online orders, please contact us through Facebook Messenger. (Please do not inquire with store staff directly)
5. The operation of this online store is independent of our physical stores. All orders through this online store will be dispatched directly from the warehouse. For any inquiries about online orders, please contact us through Facebook Messenger. (Please do not inquire with store staff directly)
6. We do not offer exchange of products and/ or return products services. If you can accept this policy, please proceed with your order, or shop at one of our physical stores.
B. Delivery
Deliver areas: including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore
Shipping schedule:
1. In-stock items:
- Items will be dispatched within 3 to 7 business days after order is confirmed and payment is received.
2. Pre-order items:
- Items will be dispatched around 4 to 6 weeks (excluding public holidays) after order is confirmed and payment is received.
- The arrival time of individual products may vary depending on the actual situation.
- If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together with the pre-order items.
- If the items are out of stock or discontinued during the waiting period, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and offer a replacement or refund. If the total amount of the order does not reach the free shipping due to out-of-stock items, additional shipping fees will be charged.
Shipment tracking:
1. After the order is shipped, we will notify you by email, including the tracking number for the shipment. If necessary, you can contact the corresponding delivery company directly to track the shipment.
2. Local orders will be shipped by SF-express. The parcel will be delivered within approximately 1 to 3 working days after shipment under normal situation. Orders from remote areas may take an additional 1 to 2 working days to arrive.
3. Orders from Taiwan and Macau will be shipped by SF-express. The parcel will be delivered within approximately 3 to 5 working days after shipment under normal situation.
4. Overseas orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Office. The parcel will be delivered within approximately 7-14 working days after shipment under normal situtaion. (Customs clearance time is not included in the expected delivery working days.)
5. The above delivery time is for reference only. Actual delivery time may vary and is subject to the actual delivery time.
C. Shipping Fee
1. Local Order:
- Store Self-pickup:
> We offer free shipping for pickup at store.
> All online orders will be stored for free for 30 days at physical stores from the time the customer of receives the “arrived” notification. After 30 days, each order will be charged $10 per day.
- Delivery：
> Single net purchase over HK$600, you can enjoy free SF express delivery.
> The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over HK$600. (The shipping fee charged HK$30)
*remote area surcharge is not included and should be borne by customer
2. Taiwan Order:
- Single net purchase over HK$1500, you can enjoy free SF express delivery.
- The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over the net amount of HK$1500. (The shipping fee charged HK$70)
3. Macau Order:
- Single net purchase over HK$1200, you can enjoy free SF express delivery.
- The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over the net amount of HK$1200. (The shipping fee charged HK$50)
4. Overseas Order:
- All overseas orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Office.
- Single net purchase over HK$2800, you can enjoy free shipping.
- The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over the net amount of HK$3000. The shipping fee charged as below:
> Australia: HK$285
> The United States: HK$375
> The United Kingdom: HK$295
> Singapore: HK$200

Applicable custom duties, import taxes, goods and services taxes, value-added taxes, or other import sales taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the customers.
